This project took place in Hyde Park, London on behalf of café and restaurant chain Benugo.
A large amount of work took place to complete this project successfully including a complete back of house, front of house and kiosk refurbishment.
2 Floorless walk-in coldrooms were constructed, the second being ‘L’ shaped. Also installed was a walk-in freezer room. All three rooms were equipped with remote sited low noise condensing units comprising ceiling mounted forced air evaporators with electric defrost.
A wide selection of special fabrication was installed including stainless steel dishwash inlet and outlet tabling (the inlet coming with a deep pre-wash sink), single and two-tier wallshelves, stainless steel glasswash benching and a single-tier basket sorting wallshelf, a scrapping/sorting overflow bench, a double-bowl RH drainer sink unit and an ‘L’ shaped double-bowl sink unit, a stainless steel wallbench, two-tier ambient overshelfing which is double-sided and a full length island bench and stainless steel island prep bench.
Equipment installed included a Meiko single-basket pass-through dishwasher and undercounter front-loading glasswasher, Scotsman modular ice cuber with storage bin, a Blue Seal digital electric convection oven, 4 Foster stainless steel 3-door counter fridges, a 3-door counter freezer and upright blast chiller/freezer and 2 Framec ice cream display freezers.
