In 2013 we completed the fit-out at a new teaching kitchen at the prestigious cookery school in Dudwell, Somerset. The operation is the brainchild of Lady Caroline Waldegrave who was the principal at Leiths School of Food & Wine in London from 1975 to 2002.
With restricted access in a rural location, the delivery of the equipment proved a challenge as it had to be delivered at the rear of the kitchen via a steep orchard!
Equipment installed included 'Falcon' cooking equipment, an extraction system and bespoke fabrication.
