The work took place in the Science Museum’s 4th/5th floor event space, specifically the large function space on the 5th floor serving the ‘Illuminate’ event area for up to 400 covers. On the 4th floor we worked on the beverage service and holding facility to serve alternative space and on both service kitchens.

The result is a reduction is energy costs.
A variety of special fabrication was also installed including stainless steel mobile centre tables, beverage wallbenches and a dishwash outlet table.
We also supplied and installed a wall pattern canopy with baffle type grease filters and recessed type LED lights. Along with the kitchen extract canopy a supply-air system and extract and supply-air system completed by HVAC contractor.
