Elm Lodge, Thackams Lane

In February 2024, we undertook a project at the Elm Lodge residential elderly care home at Thackhams Lane in Hartley Wintney. 

We designed the kitchen for our client, Forestcare, and installed various items of equipment and fabrication in this new-build site. 

Special stainless steel Fabrication included Dishwash Inlet and Outlet tabling, with pre-wash sink and splashback. Also installed were Wallshelves, Mobile Centre Tables, Wallbenches, Cooksuite Infill and End Benches, a Salamander Support Overshelf, Electric Hotcupboard with Wet Well Bain Marie, Servery Benching and Heated Gantry complete with Quartz Heat Lamps. 

Cooking Equipment installed included 2 x 'Unox' 5-grid Combi Ovens with Stacking Kit and Pure Filtering System, ‘Blue Seal’ Electric Twin-pan Freestanding Fryer and Electric Salamander Grill. Also installed was an Electric Induction 6-plate Range with fan-assisted oven from 'Lincat and a heavy-duty 1800watt Microwave from 'Valera' and  

Refrigeration was supplied by 'Sterling Pro' with upright freezer and refrigerated cabinets and undercounter dairy fridge. 

We also installed an Island Pattern Extract Canopy and Supply-air System which was manufactured with condensation channel, central ‘V’ bank grease filter housing, removable baffle grease filters and lighting.
